Comments:

I bought the Giant Sedona as an upgrade to the dept store bike I purchased a few months prior. The dept store bike was fine for getting me started but had its issues with shifting and had to be constantly tweaked. The Giant Sedona is a much better quality bike and the aluminum frame is much lighter than my other which was steel. Also came with a very comfortable seat which allows many more miles to be ridden before taking a "butt" break. Shifting is fantastic...no hesitation...smooth and clean...also the mega range low gear is great for the steep hills should you run into one....makes it no problem...I've had my sedona for about 6 weeks and have put a little over 400 miles on it...all problem free...all I have had to do is clean the chain a couple times and lubricate....and a little cleaning. So far a fantastic comfort road bike.

I go biking with my son a lot, but we had cut back because my old bike was so uncomfortable. At 6 feet 8 inches tall I never thought I would find a comfortable bike, but this thing is amazing. Very comfortable, where normal mountain bikes are not (for me anyway). I love it and we go riding every night now. Great bike, you will not regret your purchase.

I bought the bike on a quirk and haven't regretted it one bit. The saddle was a great fit [...]. I use this bike to train earlier in the season. The Sedona has the versatility to allow me to do both trails and street riding.

This is a nice bike, and is extremely comfortable. The only part i don't like about it is the grip shifters. the grip shifters are what make this not very good for riding trails. When you are going up a hill, you are always shifting.

My last bike just wasn't doing it any more. Plus getting parts and repairing it just didn't make sense. The folks at the store said the best value with all the features I wanted was the Sedona and have to say they were 100% right. I can't believe what a great bike this is! I tried it in the store parking lot and could not find anything I didn't like. While I was there,3 other folks tried Sedonas and they purchased the bike as well. Since I've gotten the bike, I've ridden pavement and trail and I can't wait to get home in the evening to go out riding. Plus my wife wants to get one next week so we can go riding together. Bottom line- great bike, great ride, and a solid value that can't be beat

Picked up two of these last year. My wife likes the upright posture. These bikes are very comfortable for cruising around town. Have had some problems with the chain on my bike but that is most likely due to my large frame (280lbs). All in all great bike for getting back into bikes.

I purchased this product for one thing - exercise. I just have to get my fat self into shape. I am 35 and tired of being fat. I didn't have much money, but I knew that I needed to do something. Unfortunately Century Cycles Medina was out of the '08 model in my size (6 foot tall)so I had to shell out the additional dough for the '09 (20% more expensive). OH well. For those of you worried about durability, I weigh 286 pounds currently (I was just over 300 when I started) and the bike is just fine. The bike is great looking and is EXTREMELY comfortable, even for my big bum. After about an hour of riding I still get a bit sore, but I have been going out almost every day for the past month, and besides losing weight, I have been able to go further and further without much pain (besides my muscles, that is). I guess that is why they call it a comfort bike. The only drawback is that the frame is a bit heavy for lifting, but considering the features included on this bike, (shocks and stuff) it is going to be heavier than a racing bike :) Speaking of racing be aware that the gearing of this bike is designed for comfort and not speed. You will max out the 21 gear at about 15 mph. It's fine for family riding or exercise, but I wouldn't enter a triathlon with this bike :)

Wow", I was trying to figure out how to make my Trek road bike more rider friendly and comfortable, seems the road bike position is laking so much everday ridability,.... I was miserable on it,..I called Cris at EC and he showed me the Sodona,in just about 30feet of peddiling out the door and down the sidewalk "I was HOOKED"! Then me and my German Shepard rode it all the way out onto the beach thru the soft sand and all over Honymoon Island, and all over the Trail,...wow what a fabulous do-all bike, its so comfy, when we rested i sat on the seat and enjoyed the sunset "Tanya" had a blast in the salt water, and could barly keep-up with me,...Thanks to Cris and Bob and their wonderful help I wish i had bought one a long time ago,...-collin
